Terms of Sale

• Full name, full address (Only contiguous U.S) and (NO P.O), valid telephone number, valid form of payment, valid email address - Not responsible for lost, mis-delivered if any incorrect information was given by purchaser.  A cancellation and/or refund of payment if any of the above deemed invalid. 
• Orders cannot be changed once valid payment has been received - so please make sure you are certain. Production starts on your order within hours after your order is place.  
• Cancelled, stopped or unapproved payments, Linda Storm Photography Fine Art has the right to cancel the order. If payment is cancelled, stopped or unapproved after shipping, the customer is responsible for any and all collection costs, attorney fees and any other reasonable fees until valid payment is made an secured.  
• Computer monitors, cell phones and any other means of viewing artwork online generally does not match brightness, color or contrast of a printed product. There is no guarantee the colors will match how you view online. The printed product is produced to look best on the product medium chosen at checkout; with checkout you acknowledge and understand that a printed product is not backlight like a monitor, etc and is produced to look best for your printed product. 
• Payment will include taxes and the client is solely responsible for any taxes required. If in any event those taxes are not paid by client, the taxing authority will look to you the client for immediate reimbursement.
• Damage in shipping -  Any shipping damage must be made with in 72 hours of delivery. The shipping receipt, proof of damage via photograph is needed so my team can review and determined the cause and in fact damage occurred during shipping. 
• Force Majeure Linda Storm Photography L.L.C shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature. Limitation of Liability The Client acknowledges and agrees that Linda Storm Photography, L.L.C will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage. No Guarantee The client acknowledges and agrees that Linda Storm Photography, L.L.C cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
