Because our products are custom-made and on-demand, we craft each item with the utmost care and attention to detail. We're committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your purchase. While we don't offer direct refunds, our refund policy focuses on finding solutions to any issues that may arise.

If You're Not Satisfied

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 20 days of delivery. We want to understand your concerns and find a solution that works for you.

Our Resolution Options

We offer the following options to address any problems with your order:

• Problem Resolution: We'll work closely with you to understand the issue and find a satisfactory solution. This may include:
   
  • Corrective Actions: We'll gladly correct any errors or defects in your order.
  • Replacements: If necessary, we can provide a replacement for the incorrect or damaged item.
• Return for Store Credit: If other solutions aren't possible, you may return the item to us at your expense. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we'll issue store credit for the original purchase price. This credit can be used towards a future purchase within 60 days of issuance.
